Welcome back to the blog, Spoonlickers! You guys are LOVING these cookie dough recipes we've been posting the past few months so today we're at it again with cookie dough cheesecake! Check out the recipe below.

Ingredients:

  • Doughp Cookie Dough
  • 2 8oz packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Pinch of salt

Step 1: Line a tin with cupcake holders, then add a small scoop of Doughp to the bottom of each. Any flavor will work, but we used Basic Bae for our recipe!

Step 2: Mix cream cheese and sugar together. Make sure the cream cheese is room temp (not chilled) before mixing.

Step 3: Add vanilla, eggs, and sour cream. Mix until creamy and smooth.

Step 4: Put a layer of cream cheese mix in each cupcake holder, covering the cookie dough on the bottom. If you want an extra kick of dough, place another layer on top of the cream cheese mixture!

Step 5: Bake at 275 for 15-20 minutes. Let cool in the muffin tin before removing, then put in the fridge to chill.
