Behind The Dough

I had so much fun with this one. My inspiration for this "Deconstructed Milk & Cookies" came from the trend fancy restaurants took lately on their desserts to serve a 'deconstructed' version of something. In this case, we all know Santa can throw down on some milk & cookies. But what he REALLY wants is the cookie dough.



I used the white chocolate chunks as my "milk" chunks to bring some creaminess and the chocolate chip cookie dough to represent Santa's favorite classic cookie. The festive sprinkles because it just wouldn't be complete without a little holiday pizazz!



Back for the 3rd year in a row, Santa's Doughp is always a big hit. Dig in but, remember - leave some for Santa!

Ingredients

HEAT-TREATED FLOUR, BROWN SUGAR, BUTTER [CREAM (MILK), NATURAL FLAVOR], WHITE CHOCOLATE CHUNKS [SUGAR, COCOA BUTTER, WHOLE MILK POWDER, NONFAT DRY MILK, MILKFAT, SOY LECITHIN, NATURAL VANILLA EXTRACT], WATER, MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS [SUGAR, UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE, COCOA BUTTER, DEXTROSE, SUNFLOWER LECITHIN], CHRISTMAS SPRINKLES [SUGAR, CORN STARCH, PALM OIL, ARTIFICIAL COLORS (FD&C RED NO. 40 ALUMINUM LAKE, FD&C YELLOW NO. 5 ALUMINUM LAKE, FD&C BLUE NO. 1 ALUMINIUM LAKE AND MICA), CITRIC ACID AND POTASSIUM SORBATE AS PRESERVATIVE], GOLDEN FLAXSEED, SALT, NATURAL FLAVOR, AND BAKING SODA. Shipping Info

We use insulation and ice packs to ensure your dough stays slightly chilled for the journey. So even if room temp upon arrival, just pop in the fridge and enjoy at your leisure! 🍪

Aside from federal holidays, we ship out on Tuesdays with a cutoff time of 12pm Pacific using your selected shipping method. An exception are orders that selected 1-day transit speed, which will go out Monday through Thursday until 12pm Pacific Time on Thursday.

What?! You can safely eat it raw or bake it?

For real! Doughp's cookie dough is 100% safe to consume raw. There are no eggs and we use commercially heat-treated flour. Best of all, because of our flaxseed egg-substitute, you can still bake this dough into warm gooey cookies! Win-win! 🤘

Does it REALLY taste like cookie dough?

Doughp IS real cookie dough. We're as legit as it gets. It all started with Kelsey's favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe, just inadvertently made safe-to-eat!

Our founder, Kelsey, created this recipe while *attempting* to be vegan, but she loved butter way too much! She kept the great egg-substitute in her baking, but used butter - which had her classic cookie recipes turning into a delicious, indulgent treat she could enjoy raw or bake into cookies. Doughp is for the cookie dough lover! It's melt-in-your-mouth, buttery, mollassey, awesome qualities of cookie dough. Not overly sweet. Just a perfect bite of happiness!
