Cancellation policy

This policy explains how Doughp Inc. (“Doughp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles cancellations, modifications, and purchase commitments for all order types — including one-time purchases, subscriptions, pre-orders, and gift boxes.


1. Order Types Covered

This policy applies to all purchase options offered on www.doughp.com, including:

  • One-Time Purchases (standard store orders)

  • Subscriptions (Secret Dough Club or other recurring shipments)

  • Pre-Orders or Limited Drops

  • Gift Purchases and Corporate Orders

Each type follows the general rules below unless stated otherwise at checkout.


2. Standard (One-Time) Orders

  • Orders are processed quickly and may enter fulfillment within hours of placement.

  • Cancellations must be requested before 12 pm PST on Monday to guarantee processing.

  • Orders placed between 12 pm PST Monday and 12 pm PST Tuesday are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded once processing begins, since they enter the shipping queue immediately.

  • Orders cancelled after labels are created or products are packed are non-refundable.


3. Subscription Orders

  • When you enroll in a Doughp subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on the schedule selected at checkout.

  • Subscription renewals are charged automatically until cancelled.

  • You may cancel, skip, or modify upcoming shipments any time through your customer portal or by contacting support@doughp.com.

  • To avoid being charged for your next box, cancellations or changes must be made at least 72 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

  • Subscription cancellations apply prospectively only — once a renewal order is processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.


4. Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

  • Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase and ship once inventory becomes available.

  • Estimated ship dates are provided on the product page but are not guaranteed.

  • You may cancel a pre-order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, pre-orders are final and non-refundable, as we allocate raw materials and production specifically for your order.

  • If Doughp cancels a pre-order due to stock or production limits, you will receive a full refund.


5. Gift & Corporate Orders

  • All gift and corporate orders are considered final once processed to protect inventory allocation and freshness.

  • Address or recipient changes can be made up until the order’s ship date by contacting support@doughp.com, but cannot be guaranteed once in transit.

  • Corporate order deposits are non-refundable once accepted, as production and fulfillment slots are reserved.


6. Modifications After Checkout

  • Once an order is placed, item changes, address edits, and shipping upgrades may not be guaranteed.

  • If you need to correct an address or modify a shipping method, email support@doughp.com as soon as possible.

  • We’ll do our best to accommodate requests before processing begins but cannot guarantee success due to fast fulfillment cycles.


7. Payment Authorization

By completing checkout, you:

  • Authorize Doughp to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout (including shipping and taxes); and

  • Agree that recurring subscription charges (if selected) will continue until you cancel under Section 3.

All charges are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and processed through our secure Shopify payment partners.


8. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which prioritizes product integrity and food safety.
No refunds will be issued for:

  • Orders that have shipped or entered carrier possession;

  • Subscription renewals cancelled after billing; or

  • Pre-orders or custom/corporate orders beyond the stated cancellation window.


9. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy as our purchase options evolve. Any updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.

  • Orders move fast — once they’re in prep, they can’t be stopped.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless paused or cancelled 72 h in advance.

  • Pre-orders are refundable within 24 h only.

  • Corporate and gift orders are final once processed.
