At Doughp, we stand by the quality of our cookie dough and want every Spoonlicker to love their experience. Because our products are perishable, our policy focuses on fairness, food safety, and shared responsibility.
1. Our Promise
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Contact support@doughp.com within 30 days of your order date and tell us what happened.
We’ll review your case and, if appropriate, issue a replacement or refund—typically within 5–7 business days once approved.
We reserve the right to determine the best solution for each situation based on the facts provided (e.g., replacement shipment, store credit, partial or full refund).
2. Melting, Shipping & Transit Issues

Ice Packs Melted? Our dough is shelf-stable at room temperature for up to two weeks, but it should not arrive hot to the touch.
If it does, we’ll send a replacement box at no charge—just send photos of the outer box and dough temperature/condition to support@doughp.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Room Temp Dough? Totally safe—just refrigerate or freeze upon arrival and enjoy!

Late Deliveries or Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events outside our control, but we’ll always help you navigate a carrier claim if needed.
3. Lost or Missing Packages

Marked “Delivered” but not received:
File your claim within 2 days of the delivery scan, but no later than 15 days from the carrier’s marked delivery date.
Sometimes packages are placed in secure or alternative locations nearby—please double-check before reporting missing.

Not marked “Delivered”:
Report within 30 days from the last carrier checkpoint.
Claims submitted after this window cannot be honored due to carrier tracking limitations.
4. Address & Delivery Errors

Shipments returned or rerouted due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are non-refundable.

We can reship for the cost of a new shipping label and any carrier surcharges.

Please double-check your shipping information carefully at checkout—once processing begins, address changes can’t be guaranteed.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders placed between 12 pm PST Monday and 12 pm PST Tuesday are final and cannot be modified or cancelled, as these are prepared for shipment within 24 hours of purchase.
All other cancellation requests must be submitted before 12 pm PST on Monday to be eligible.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
Depending on your bank, funds may take additional time to post.
Refunds or credits will not be granted for:

Orders delayed due to carrier or weather conditions,

Packages returned for incorrect addresses,

Subjective taste preferences once product quality is confirmed, or
-
Melt due to extended unrefrigerated storage after delivery.
7. Perishable Product Policy
Because cookie dough is a temperature-sensitive food product, it cannot be resold or restocked once shipped.
For that reason, we do not accept physical returns.
If an issue arises, our team will troubleshoot and, if appropriate, issue a replacement or credit—no return required.

9. Legal Notice

All refunds and replacements are at Doughp’s discretion.

This policy complies with FTC guidelines for perishable goods and UCC §2-314 implied warranty standards for merchantability.

Doughp reserves the right to update this policy at any time.

Once shipped, risk of loss transfers to the buyer per UCC §2-509, but Doughp will assist with reasonable claims in good faith.
